Celebrating the life of hospital clerical officer Melanie Hall, who went missing from Bath in 1996.
Melanie, aged 25, was a University of Bath sociology and psychology graduate.
She worked as a clerical officer in the orthopaedic department at the Royal United Hospital.
She was survived by her parents Steve and Patricia, from Bradford-on-Avon.
They had spoken many times over the years of the heartache of not knowing what happened on the night she went missing and the sadness at never seeing her again.
Mr Hall said. "She was a lovely, kind girl who gave pleasure to everyone she met."
Her body was finally discovered in October 2009 near the M5 motorway at Falfield, near Thornbury.
One contributor to the Bath Chronicle website wrote: "I worked with Melanie and although this isn't the outcome anyone wanted at least her friends, colleagues and family can at least begin to deal with it now we know where she is.
"I hope we can give her parents the space they need right now - my thoughts are with them."
Another said: "As a Bath City fan when he was chairman I knew the parents very well and they carried themselves through a difficult time with such great dignity and had time for everyone who approached ... I just hope they can rest her in peace now."
